But when Chai was introduced in an Indian home, Masala Chai was born.
Finest tea leaves plucked during the 2nd Flush, the golden period of tea cultivation. Followed by tasteful blending with treasured Indian spices. This tea makes for a cup of strong Desi Chai, complemented by the stimulating flavour of Cardamom, Cloves, Black pepper and Ginger; finished with the subtlety of Cinnamon and Nutmeg. CTC Tea Leaf & Masala (Clove, Cardamom, Ginger, Black Pepper, Cinnamon & Nutmeg).
|Directions To Use||
Heat 120ml of water to about 90 degrees. Add 1 tsp of tea into the water. Infuse the tea leaves for 2-3 minutes. Decant/strain the tea and serve. If desired, add lemon & honey/sugar to taste.
Store In Cool & Dry Place.
